Following the meeting which took place on 12th February 2008, a number of points were raised. Their outcomes are as follows:-
That for fielding ineligible players and for the late cancellation of a game, Llandysul were penalised nine points and ordered to replay the two games (against Ffostrasol and Aberporth) in which the ineligible players played. Both these games have been scratched from the Division 1 table.
For fielding an underage player, Maesglas were penalised three points. Again, this is reflected in the Reserves Cup table.
Sadly, it was reported that Boncath are to withdraw from the league with immediate effect. Their results to date have been scratched from the Division 2 table. It was notable however that all involved were congratulatory
towards the few Boncath players who had strived to found a club from scratch and find a team full of playerseach week. It was clear that any effort they made to re-enter the league next season would be greatly welcomed.
For the late cancellation of recent games, Llanybydder were deemed to have been knocked out of the League Cup meaning that Cardigan progress to the next round. From this decision it was decided that self-certification did not constitute 'medical certification' in the eyes of the League.
Finally, the draws for the following cups were made. Interestingly, the Percy Eldridge takes on a new format this year. Four groups of three teams were drawn with each team playing the other two teams home and away. The winners of each group will progress to the semi-final stage.
The draws were as follows with fixture dates to follow:-
